The whole point of consultation is to bring different perspectives together. Therefore I would also judge the success of consultations from different perspectives.<br /> <br /> In a recent proposal Zebralog develolped a study-design, where the evaluation is done with &amp;quot;perspective triangulation&amp;quot;. The success of projects was described independently by the views of participants, politicians and e-democracy experts.
