ZENO, their groupware for discourses on the Internet, supports planners, contractors, clients, concerned parties, consultants and facilitators in a range of discourses: participatory problem solving, consensus building, mediated conflict resolution and consulting. It has been used as part of a geographical mediation systems project, to help people in European regions and towns discuss alternative physical plans and 7 other EU research projects.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;He now works for the Fraunhofer Institute in Berlin, where he maintains a weblog on Discourse Systems.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt; http://www.discourse-systems.de/&lt;br /&gt;
