Definitions of E-Government
From the technology driven definition, E-Government is defined as the use of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) by customers to interact with government, the service providers.
From a relationship driven definition, E-Government is anything about relationship building with stakeholders using Information Communication Technologies (ICTs).
