Forum guidelines

From Youth e-Consultation

Welcome

Welcome to the Northern Ireland Youth Forum’s Online discussion Forum. you are joining us at the beginning of an exciting phase of development. Over the next 12 months we aim to develop online tools to facilitate participation opportunities for young people.

This guide has been put together to help introduce you to these new online participation methods. It covers the basic steps that you need to take to get started in the discussion forum. We hope that you will find the guidelines easy to follow and the forum easy to use. If you have any problems, please contact Michele at; michele.smyth@qub.ac.uk

About the forum

This discussion forum has been set up so that young people can share and express their views on the current Review of Public Administration consultation. We are inviting all those who attended the workshops in Belfast to take part in this trial. In the future, we will be introducing new consultation topics and opening the discussion to a wider audience of young people.

But first... we must make sure that any new way of doing things we introduce is relevant to young people.

Should you decide to take part, and we hope you do! You will be invited to give your thoughts on how things went once the RPA consultation discussion has closed. In the meantime if you have any suggestions or comments you can contact Michele on the e-mail address above.
